Healpin allows you to benefit from the services you need in the most affordable way with its subscription and pin system specially developed for you.

After choosing Healpin’s subscription model that suits your usage scenario and budget, you can use the calculation tools on the pricing page to calculate the amount of pins you need.

Healpin allows you to pay as much as you need with the pin system. Pins are used for analyzes and other services as stated on the pricing page. For each transaction you make, the determined pin amount is deducted from the total pins in your account.

Your Healpin subscription will automatically renew at the end of the subscription period. You can cancel your ongoing subscription or renew your canceled subscription from the my account page.

You can use Healpin in your country, provided that you take into consideration the legal regulations of your country.

Healpin processes patient data only on your local computer where you installed the program. It does not access, copy or share this data in any way.

If your Healpin subscription is canceled, your data will not be lost and will continue to be stored on your local computer where the program is installed, but you will not be able to use the program and access your data until you renew your subscription.

If your Healpin subscription is canceled, your pins will not be lost, but you will not be able to use the program and your pins until you renew your subscription.

You can install Healpin on your computer the same way you install other desktop programs. Check out our guides for detailed information. You can use Healpin as long as your subscription continues.
